This role offers an exciting opportunity for a digital marketing professional to shape customer experiences, optimize digital journeys, and improve online visibility within a global B2B environment. You will leverage analytics, SEO, content optimization, and user experience insights to help customers find the right information and solutions more efficiently. Working across marketing, product, sales, and engineering teams, you will influence digital strategy through data-driven recommendations and continuous improvement initiatives. Accountabilities Own and optimize digital experiences across key web platforms, ensuring content clarity, intuitive navigation, improved discoverability, and stronger customer engagement. Lead digital experience enhancement initiatives by planning, executing, measuring, and continuously improving website performance and customer journeys. Analyze customer behavior and digital performance data to identify friction points, conversion opportunities, and areas for experience improvement. Drive search optimization strategies across internal search platforms and external SEO/GEO channels to increase content visibility and product discoverability. Conduct keyword research, search performance analysis, and content optimization initiatives to improve targeted traffic and user engagement. Collaborate with search, product data, and content teams to enhance taxonomy, metadata quality, and overall digital content effectiveness. Develop dashboards, reports, and actionable insights using analytics platforms to measure engagement, conversion rates, and digital channel performance. Partner with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to execute customer experience improvement programs and digital initiatives. Support account-based marketing and campaign strategies by optimizing landing pages, product pages, and user flows for target audiences. Monitor website performance and recommend continuous improvements through testing strategies such as A/B testing, content updates, and user interface enhancements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital experience management, or related roles, preferably within a B2B environment. Strong hands‑on experience managing website content and digital platforms, with CMS experience such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) preferred. Proficiency with analytics tools including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar platforms. Experience with SEO/SEM tools such as SEMrush, Google Ads, and Search Console. Knowledge of UX research methodologies, customer journey mapping, and digital experience optimization techniques. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data insights into practical business recommendations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across global, cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and operate effectively within a matrixed organization. Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced digital environment. Experience supporting account-based marketing initiatives is considered an advantage.
