Manager, Surgical Services

Position Title: Evening Shift Manager of Surgical Services (Full Time – Evening Shift 11:00am-7:30pm) Reports To: Senior Director of Surgical Services Job Summary Oversee the daily operations of Surgical Services departments during the evening shift. Manage staffing, workflow, and service delivery to ensure high‑quality patient care. Collaborate with the Senior Director to implement strategic initiatives and maintain compliance. Foster a positive, professional environment that supports teamwork and continuous improvement. Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental goals. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of Surgical Services departments during the evening shift. Manage staffing, workflow, and service delivery to ensure high‑quality patient care. Collaborate with the Senior Director to implement strategic initiatives and maintain compliance. Foster a positive, professional environment that supports teamwork and continuous improvement. Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental goals. Qualifications Current North Carolina or Multistate RN licensure required. Active BLS certification required. ACLS required. CNOR preferred. Proven experience in Surgical Services. Demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare setting. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
