Your Team, Your ImpactMarvell Networking BU is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rack Level Integration Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive validation and integration of the Marvell Photonic Fabric and all components within advanced AI compute racks. This includes overseeing the qualification and seamless integration of diverse components such as servers, accelerators, networking switches, optical backplane, power shelves, and cooling solutions, ensuring they function cohesively within the rack environment.What You Can ExpectLead the design, development and implementation of technical solutions for complex projects, involving multiple domainsIntegrate rack level optical interconnectsIntegrate all hardware and software elements within the AI compute rack, ensuring compatibility, connectivity, and optimal performanceSet up, test, and qualify complete rack solutions to guarantee they meet or exceed stringent performance, reliability, and efficiency standardsIntegrate and configure smart PDUs (Power Distribution Units) to efficiently manage power distribution within the rackMaintain a comprehensive understanding of and proficiency in rack-level management functions, including real-time monitoring, control, and automation of critical rack componentsExecute hands-on lab racking and stacking procedures, including the assembly and setup of intricate, high-touch rack configurationsCreate and maintain thorough and detailed documentation for all rack-level integrationsWork closely and collaboratively with a diverse range of cross-functional teams, including design engineers, program managers, customers, and vendorsWhat We're Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields and 3-5 years of related professional experience or Master’s degree and/or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields with 2-3 years of experience or equivalent professional experience in lieu of a formal degreeA minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in rack-level integrationPossess and maintain a deep understanding of AI compute rack configurations and the functionality of all integrated componentA strong understanding of rack-level management functions and integration best practices is essentialProficiency in Mechanical and Thermal CAD toolsProven experience in testing and qualifying rack-level solutions to ensure they meet or exceed performance and reliability benchmarksExceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail are critical for success in this roleExpected Base Pay Range (USD)131,010 - 196,300, $ per annumThe successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.
