What You'll Do Be the first face and voice of the firm, greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and genuine warmth Manage a multi-line phone system and route calls with speed and accuracy Schedule, reschedule, and track appointments, keeping the calendar tight and the team on track Collect and summarize key details from potential new clients to support the intake process Respond to emails promptly and professionally Upload, organize, and manage documents with precision Keep CRM records current, accurate, and complete Collaborate across the firm to keep daily operations running seamlessly This description captures the primary nature and level of work for this role. Requirements Bachelor's Degree 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role, preferably in a legal environment Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with office software systems Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment This is a full time, on site role. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with overtime required when necessary to meet litigation deadlines, trial schedules, and case demands Benefits What We Offer: Hourly pay: $22-$23 based on experience Workplace: Onsite Industry-Leading Benefits Firm pays 100% of premiums for dental and vision Firm pays 100% of all Silver-level medical plans Firm contributes approximately 10% towards retirement (3% Safe Harbor + 7% Profit Sharing) $500 annual FSA contribution Time for Life: Accrual of 80 hours of PTO (additional 40 hours on 3rd anniversary), 48 hours sick pay, plus your birthday off as a fully paid day #J-18808-Ljbffr
