Strategic Commercial Customer Success Manager
Nexamp Inc.
Nexamp Inc. is seeking a Commercial Customer Success Manager (Account Manager) to grow relationships with Nexamp's business customers. You will educate on community solar, guide program options, resolve billing issues, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver superior customer experiences. You will work in a hybrid role out of Boston or Chicago, reporting to the Director, Customer Experience & Retention, and will use Salesforce and Zuora to track performance and opportunities. #J-18808-Ljbffr Nexamp Inc.
