We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance & Reliability Manager to join our vibrant team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in our company's growth and success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities. They will lead the maintenance team, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency. Responsibilities Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods while overseeing all installation, repair, and upkeep of the company's manufacturing equipment and facilities. Lead the maintenance team, fostering an environment of teamwork and continuous improvement. Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage the maintenance budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and optimal resource allocation. Collaborate with other managers to optimize production output and improve overall business performance. Implement quality control programs and supervise tests and procedures to ensure product and service quality. Oversee supply chain management, ensuring the timely procurement and delivery of materials and resources. Develop and implement training and development programs for the maintenance team, promoting skill enhancement and career growth. Utilize your expertise in electrical systems to ensure the optimal functioning of all machinery and equipment. Lead risk management initiatives, identifying potential hazards and implementing preventive measures to mitigate risks. Drive process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and productivity. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role within the manufacturing industry. Proven experience in equipment maintenance, facility management, and quality control. Strong knowledge of project management and budgeting processes. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Exceptional troubleshooting skills with a keen eye for detail. Solid understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and process improvement techniques. Proficiency in risk management and health and safety regulations. Experience in training and development and performance management. Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices. Proficiency in managing electrical systems. Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to foresee and plan for future business needs.
