A growing fast-food restaurant group seeks an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead their team in the Platteville, WI area! This group is expected to experience significant growth in the coming years. Qualifications: 2+ years of General Manager experience in the QSR restaurant industry, preferably with McDonald's Previous experience using restaurantPOS and programs associated with COGS and Labor control Back-office computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) Knowledge of cost controls, labor targets, profit margins, and other controllable line items #J-18808-Ljbffr Nbutexas
