Registered Nurse (RN) - L&D

Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery

Assignment Length: 13 or 26 Weeks Start Date: ASAP Shift: 3x12 or 4x12 Nights Weekend Requirement: Yes - every other

Guaranteed Hours: 60 hours per 2 weeks. Traveler can be called off for 1, 12-hour shift per 2 weeks.

Requirements

• AK RN license in hand for Auto Offer
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate and Advanced, NRP
• 1 year of experience required; first timers accepted
• Charge experience preferred or willing to train as charge
• Must have an address at least 50 miles from the facility (locals not accepted)
• Pursuant to individual approval for time off upon offer (all RTO must be included in submittal)

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to laboring patients and newborns.
• Monitor patient progress and respond appropriately to complications.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Assist in charge nurse duties as needed.
• Float to like units if needed.
