Sales Operations Customer Liaison

Sales Operations Customer Liaison role at Azenta Life Sciences responsible for managing client experience and facilitating communication between customers and internal teams. The position handles non-operational change requests, coordinates post-win activities, and resolves billing inquiries in a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between clients and Azenta departments to ensure alignment and coordination
• Process and support non-operational client change requests including contract updates and purchase order modifications
• Monitor client inquiries, route to appropriate teams, and manage resolution of billing and operational questions
• Coordinate post-win activities outside project management and sales, including deliverables and name/address changes
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to processes and service delivery for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum three years customer service, sales operations, billing, or biobank operations experience
• Customer support experience required
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation abilities
• Preferred experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving orientation

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 base
