Job Overview Saronic Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Control Specialist responsible for overseeing and optimizing inventory management processes to ensure the availability of essential components and materials required for the production of autonomous surface vessels. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting production continuity, and safeguarding sensitive materials in a regulated defense environment. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a commitment to accuracy, and experience operating within a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Responsibilities Inventory Management Qualifications Associate’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field preferred. Proven experience in inventory management and control, preferably in a manufacturing or defense environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in inventory management software, ERP/MRP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Knowledge of defense industry regulations and compliance standards (e.g., ITAR, DFARS) is a plus.
