We are looking for a Full Time Sales Manager who is passionate about fitness, thrives in sales, and is ready to grow into a leadership role. Multiple locations available.


Position Overview You will work directly with ownership and leadership to develop skills in sales, operations, and team management .

Key Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales through leads, referrals, and community outreach
• Conduct studio tours, consultations, and closing sales
• Manage and follow up with leads using CRM systems
• Assist in marketing initiatives, events, and promotions
• Deliver exceptional customer service and member experience
• Support day-to-day studio operations
• Help lead and motivate staff and coaches
• Track KPIs and hit monthly sales targets
• Coaches 8-10 Classes per week

Qualifications

• Sales experience required (fitness, retail, or service industry)
• Degree or equivalent experience in Exercise Physiology and fitness management.
• Strong communication and closing skills
• High energy, positive attitude, and team mindset
• Passion for fitness and helping others
• Organized and goal-oriented
• Previous management experience required
• Previous experience with Mindbody, GHL and Canva
• Previous experience with social media and event planning

Compensation: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per week
