Construction Project Manager

I am seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and deliver commercial construction projects from concept to completion. This full-time, exempt role reports to the Director of Construction and is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Lead and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement Supervise and direct field teams (2–5 employees) Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients Secure permits and ensure compliance with regulations Conduct progress meetings and provide updates on budget and timeline Enforce safety standards and promote a safety-first culture Ensure quality construction practices and adherence to company policies Qualification 5–10 years of commercial construction project management experience (required) Bachelor’s degree in construction management (preferred) Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and equipment Experience with Sage Intacct, Procore, Bluebeam, estimating & quantity takeoffs (required) Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check and drug screen #J-18808-Ljbffr RemX | The Workforce Experts
