Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated Recruiter with 2-4 years of recruiting experience who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple requisitions simultaneously, sourcing passive candidates, building talent pipelines, and driving candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance
• Support hiring initiatives across Engineering, Operations, Sales & Marketing, Information Technology, Administrative, Finance & Accounting, and Healthcare positions
• Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and recruiting databases
• Conduct candidate screening interviews and evaluate qualifications against client requirements
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers
• Develop strong relationships with candidates and serve as a trusted career advisor
• Maintain accurate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Meet recruiting performance metrics including candidate submissions, interviews, placements, and client satisfaction
• Collaborate with recruiting leadership to improve sourcing strategies, recruiting processes, and team performance
• Contribute to the growth and development of the recruiting organization

Qualifications

Required

• 2-4 years of recruiting experience
• Experience working in a staffing agency, search firm, or high-volume recruiting environment
• Strong sourcing skills and experience identifying passive candidates
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Results-driven mindset with a sense of urgency

Preferred

• Experience recruiting within healthcare, information technology, engineering, finance, operations, or professional services
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, ClearanceJobs, or similar sourcing platforms
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (Crelate preferred)
• Track record of achieving recruiting goals and performance metrics
