Event Coordinator - Sales/Marketing

Event Coordinator
This position is responsible for supporting EyeMed's event team with open enrollment requests. Key responsibilities include creating benefit summaries, conducting plan audits, supporting key clients event staffing and logistics, providing open enrollment event and materials support for key account groups, supporting increased in-person event demand, and supporting EyeMed projects and initiatives as needed.
Minimum (required) qualifications include a bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience, 1-3 years of experience in business operations, customer service skills, strong written and oral communication skills, strong attention to detail, and advanced computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Preferred qualifications include advanced knowledge of EyeMed's sales and account management processes, specifically with regards to broker involvement and requirements, a strong customer service focus, experience working in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, the ability to concisely summarize information and provide workable solutions, and an insurance industry background.
