Position Overview

We are in pursuit of an empathetic and skilled Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to enhance our expanding team of imaging specialists. Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct multiple ultrasound investigations, including but not limited to abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Ensure the comfort and safety of patients throughout procedures, clearly explaining the process with empathy and assurance
• Engage closely with radiologists and referring doctors to deliver top-notch diagnostic images
• Manage and maintain ultrasound equipment, promptly reporting any issues
• Accurately document imaging procedures and uphold thorough patient records in electronic systems
• Keep abreast of innovations in ultrasound techniques and maintenance of professional standards

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a similar field
• Preferred completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program

Certifications Required

• Active certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent credential
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferable
