Associate Attorney

Lang Thal King & Hanson PC , a premier law firm known for its excellence in construction law and commercial litigation, is seeking aLitigation Associate Attorneyto join our Scottsdale office. Responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload involving commercial disputes and construction litigation. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents. Represent clients before Courts, Government Agencies, as well as in Arbitration, and Mediation. Take and defend depositions. Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies. Maintain client communications and manage deadlines. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school. Admission to the Arizona State Bar. 1+ years of litigation experience (commercial or construction litigation preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software. Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.
