About This Role The RN Hospital Float Pool position involves providing nursing care across various departments, including Emergency Department, Surgical Pre/Post Operative, and Med Surg Telemetry. This role is ideal for nurses with a combination of Med Surg Tele and ED experience or ICU experience, who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Highlights Pay: $44 - $81/hour Location: Seattle, WA Facility: Kaiser Permanente Schedule: Full Time, 5-12 hour nights every 2 weeks with rotating weekends and holidays What You'll Do Provide nursing care to a defined group of patients. Coordinate and facilitate health care services for patients. Collaborate with the health care team to implement care plans. Conduct ongoing assessments of nursing care needs. Develop written plans of care based on patient needs. Provide telephone consultations to patient and families. Evaluate patient responses to care and modify plans as needed. Assess patient lifestyle risk factors and promote self-care. Participate in continued education programs and staff orientation. Assure quality of care through participation in quality assurance activities.
