This entry-level position supports the development of proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and marketing materials that help secure new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent organizational skills, a creative eye for design, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesAssisting with graphic design and visual content creationSupporting social media content development and calendar managementMaintaining and organizing databases for clients, projects, personnel, proposals, and marketing assetsAssisting in the creation of proposals and presentations, ensuring brand consistencyCoordinating and gathering content from internal teams and external partnersDrafting and proofreading internal and external communicationsSupporting the planning and execution of company events and marketing initiativesAssisting in end-to-end proposal development, including layout design, content coordination, and deadline managementEnsuring all deliverables are accurate, polished, and submitted on timeQualificationsBachelor’s degree in the fields of Communications, Marketing, Business, or related disciplinefrom an accredited college or universityProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Basic understanding of marketing and business development principlesStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and personalitiesStrong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAdditional Benefits offered by OHLA USA:Medical, Dental, & Vision InsuranceShort- and Long-Term Disability & Life Insurance401(k) retirement plan with employer matchingTuition Reimbursement after 1 year of employmentPersonal Time Off Program (PTO)Engaging work environmentAnd much more!!
