Consumer Marketing Specialist

Job SummaryThe Consumer Marketing Specialist will develop and manage a variety of marketing campaigns designed to help with member acquisition and retention. A primary focus of this position will be to support sales and events team. This position will collaborate with multiple departments to create and execute strategies that allow us to realize our growth objectives. We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, savvy technical skills and a passion for customer marketing.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupport concept and production of campaigns from inception through product launch to ensure a thorough understanding of the products and services to be promoted. Coordinate media placement through the Agency for campaigns (Radio, e-mail, TV etc.) for the different marketsSupport / conduct consumer research in the different marketsResponsible for reviewing content for brochures, ads, publication articles, news releases, Web sites, presentations and other material to support Consumer and Retail Markets that complies with directives from governing agencies including Payors’ and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), as appropriate.Maintain all creative projects and workflow through internal creative team and external agenciesCurate sets of actionable insights through analysis of the research collection to find patterns, themes, and universal issues and opportunities.Collaborate with Marketing team to conceptualize and build business cases for new strategiesUndertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned Supports the coordination of marketing campaigns are evaluated and learning outcomes are shared with stakeholders Assists in preparing standardized and ad-hoc reportsRecommend new initiatives that positively impact revenue, retention and advocacy metrics• Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager’s discretion
