**Weekly Pay:** $3,100
* Tax-Free Stipend: $1,386
* Taxable Wages: $1,714
* OT Rate: $80/hour
**Requirements:**
* 3–4 years of RN experience
* At least 2 years of NICU or Special Care Nursery (SCN) experience
* Active BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
* STABLE certification preferred but not required
