Whether you're offering physical assistance or just a kind word, you’ll be the reason patients smile and feel comfortable in their care.What You’ll Be Doing:Personal Care & Daily Living Assistance: Help patients with daily activities like eating, dressing, and grooming.Monitor Vital Signs: Keep track of vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.Documentation & Communication: Record care details accurately, keeping patients' healthcare teams in the loop.Compassionate Care: Provide patient-centered care with dignity, respect, and a personal touch.Stay Current: Stay on top of state requirements and best practices to deliver the highest level of care.What We’re Looking For:Certified: You hold an active CNA license from a state-approved nursing program.Experienced: You’ve got at least 2 years of recent CNA experience in a healthcare setting.Ready to Go: You’re CPR certified, up-to-date on health screenings, and ready to hit the ground running.Resilient: You're physically fit to handle patient transfers and the demands of 12-hour shifts.Dedicated: Above all, you’re passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, especially in skilled nursing facilities.The Work Environment?
