Ecommerce Operations Manager

To ensure a seamless direct-to-consumer experience, the full-time remote Ecommerce Operations Manager will take ownership of Shopify store operations, manage customer inquiries, and implement systems to enhance operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Oversee Shopify store operations and ensure clarity in customer communication Audit website integrity, resolving inconsistencies and managing order fulfillment processes Build and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) while implementing automation to improve workflows Required qualifications 2 to 5 years of experience managing Shopify store operations Hands-on experience with order management, fulfillment, and customer service Strong understanding of Shopify apps and backend systems Detail-oriented with a proven ability to identify inconsistencies Strong written communication skills for simplifying complex information
