Indian Cuisine Chef

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Indian Cuisine Chef to join our team in Los Angeles. Responsibilities Plan and develop menus that showcase authentic Indian flavors and ingredients. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes such as curries, tandoori meats, biryanis, and naan bread. Ensure all food is prepared to the highest quality and presentation standards. Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety procedures. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Collaborate with management to develop new menu items or specials. Adhere to all health code regulations. Requirements Previous experience as an Indian Cuisine Chef or in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of Indian spices, cooking techniques, and traditional dishes. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in menu planning, cost control, and inventory management. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff. Salary: We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this full-time position.
