Contract RecruiterAddison Group is partnering with our client to identify a Contract Recruiter to support a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment. This role will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting across both technical and corporate functions, with a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality talent and maintaining an efficient, positive candidate experience throughout the process.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a high volume of open positions (30+ requisitions at a time), primarily within engineering and technical functionsPartner closely with hiring leaders to understand role requirements and align on candidate profilesSource and engage qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channelsConduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews throughout the hiring processPresent qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely mannerMaintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure engagement during longer hiring cyclesTrack candidate activity and pipeline progress using ATS and internal tracking toolsSupport offer process as needed, including coordination and documentationQualifications2+ years of recruiting experience requiredExperience supporting technical recruiting within industries such as oil & gas, utilities, power & generation, renewable energy, or energy services requiredProven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentStrong sourcing and candidate engagement skillsExperience working with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platformsAbility to communicate effectively with both candidates and hiring teamsSelf-starter with a proactive, results-driven approachAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
