Customer Experience Specialist

Job Description Job Description Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Analyze customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses - Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution - Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities - Perform data entry and maintain customer records accurately - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met - Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues
- This is a dual role. Customer Service and Outbound sales.

Experience: - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism - Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
