Business Office Manager (BOM) – Full-Time The Woods at Monticello – A Nightingale Community Monticello, AR | Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation We are seeking an experienced, detail-driven Business Office Manager (BOM) to oversee the financial, billing, and administrative operations of our skilled nursing facility. This role is ideal for someone with strong healthcare business office experience who thrives in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Manage daily business office operations, including billing, collections, and resident trust accounts Oversee admissions paperwork, insurance verification, and financial documentation Ensure accurate and timely Medicaid/Medicare billing and reimbursement Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations Support HR functions such as onboarding, personnel files, and payroll coordination Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff Collaborate with the Administrator and department leaders to support smooth facility operations Qualifications Prior experience in a healthcare business office required Skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare billing and insurance processes Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively Professional communication skills and a resident-centered mindset Experience with EMR or billing software a plus Schedule Full-Time, Monday–Friday Why Join The Woods at Monticello Supportive leadership team Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents and families Competitive compensation Stability and growth within a respected Nightingale Community #J-18808-Ljbffr Nightingale at Monticello
