Farmers Insurance is looking for motivated professionals who want to take their sales and leadership experience and turn it into business ownership in the growing Illinois insurance market.
As a Farmers Insurance Agency Owner, you’ll have the opportunity to work for yourself, build your own book of business, develop a high-performing team, and earn based on the growth and performance of your agency.
You don't need to have an insurance background. We're looking for people who are:
- Successful in sales or business development
- Experienced in leading or developing teams
- Comfortable being accountable for results

Responsibilities
- Offer products such as Home, Auto, Business, and Life Insurance
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
- Understanding prospects' needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
- Staying informed about competing products and services
- Having a ton of fun while being part of a competitive team
Requirements
- No prior knowledge about insurance is required.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Insurance Licenses required before start date.
- Motivation to sell, & being open to coaching.
