Responsibilities: Oversee the daily sales and management operations Team player, but, not afraid to outperform the rest of the team Train and evaluate employees Resolve escalatedcustomer complaints Handle maintenance coordination and issues Qualifications: Property management experience and a current SC Property ManagementLicense Experience in conventional and affordable properties Knowledge of AppFolio and preferably Lead Simple Strong leadership qualities Strong negotiation skills Excellent written and communication skills Bi-Lingual is a huge plus!
