Responsibilities Include Monthly accounting for residential rental properties including but not limited to bank reconciliation, journal entries and accruals, and evaluation of purchases for capitalization vs expense Evaluation and analysis of financial reports Annual tax workpaper preparation and special projects as needed Benefits Competitive wages within the industry.
