Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance and support to field supervision.

• Perform inspections and document findings.

• Assist in planning and scheduling construction activities.

• Coordinate manpower, tools, equipment, and materials.

• Collaborate with superintendents and other team members.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in concrete construction and field operations

• Strong knowledge of concrete materials, mix design, and industry standards

• Familiarity with construction methodologies, practices, and techniques

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in construction software and MS Office applications

• Willingness to travel
