HR Coordinator# HR CoordinatorLouisville, MS 39339## OverviewLevelExperiencedPosition TypeFull TimeJob ShiftDay## Description### Position SummaryThe Human Resources Coordinator manages the day-to-day administration of Human Resources while utilizing the Paycom Human Capital Management platform to automate employee onboarding, personnel records, benefits administration, and HR workflows.### Recruitment & Onboarding* Coordinate recruitment activities.* Schedule interviews.* Prepare offer letters.* Manage onboarding through Paycom.* Ensure completion of I-9s, W-4s, and required employment documents.* Coordinate orientation.### Employee Relations* Respond to employee questions regarding policies and benefits.* Maintain personnel files within Paycom.* Assist supervisors with employee documentation.* Coordinate employee recognition.* Monitor evaluations through Paycom.* Track mandatory education.### Benefits* Coordinate open enrollment.* Process life events.* Assist with benefits questions.* Coordinate with benefit vendors.* Maintain ACA and COBRA documentation.### Payroll Support* Assist employees with timekeeping.* Review timecard exceptions.* Coordinate payroll changes in Paycom.* Process hires, terminations, status changes.* Verify payroll documentation before Controller approval.### Compliance* Maintain OSHA and employment law postings.* Track licensure and certification renewals.* Assist with policy updates.* Maintain HR reports.* Ensure compliance with EEO, FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, COBRA and applicable regulations.* Coordinate annual mandatory training.### General Administration* Maintain confidentiality.* Prepare HR reports.* Assist with surveys and audits.* Support managers with HR guidance.* Perform other HR duties as assigned.## Qualifications### Qualifications* Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.* 2–5 years HR experience.* Experience with HRIS systems (Paycom preferred).* Knowledge of employment laws.* Strong organizational and communication skills.High level of confidentiality and professionalism #J-18808-Ljbffr Winston Medical
