Principal Project Manager, Facilities Engineering

Regeneron seeks a Principal Project Manager for facilities engineering in Saratoga Springs to oversee complex design and construction projects, including facility renovations and new building development. Responsibilities
- Oversee complex design and construction projects with minimal supervision from concept through completion
- Conduct facility surveys, prepare drawings, estimate costs, and manage bids for construction projects
- Identify and mitigate project risks throughout lifecycle to protect cost and schedule
- Coordinate project handover documentation and support equipment commissioning and qualification efforts
- Mentor junior and mid-level staff, manage contractor teams, and ensure compliance with safety and cGMP standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
- 8+ years of relevant facilities, engineering, or construction project management experience
- Advanced knowledge of facility systems, design, and operations
- Proficiency with project cost estimation, contract preparation, and bid evaluation
- Understanding of federal, state, and local building codes and cGMP requirements
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with architects and contractors
Compensation: $103,300–$168,500 annually
