Electricians

PAY RATE: $15.00/HR - $20.00/HR
Locals Only, NO Per Diem offered

Job Description/Duties :

• Perform light/general tasks to support power plant operations and maintenance not falling under traditional craft labor categories.
• Train for and perform fire response/first aid.
• Report any damaged or defective equipment that may cause injury to supervisor.
• Compile information, generate reports, forms, and documents as required.
• Work as a coal yard cleaner/sampler when directed.
• Use hand and power tools as needed.



Qualifications/Required Skills :

• 3-5 years of experience in a heavy industrial/power plant environment preferred.
• Knowledge of Lock Out/Tag systems.
• OSHA safety rules.
• Work inside and outside under varied weather conditions.
• Lift 50 pounds, stand for prolonged periods, and work at heights.
• English proficiency.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• High School diploma or GED.
