Leading a team focused on Medicare Part B documentation, the full-time Rhode Island Licensed Medicare Supervisor will manage daily operations, support training and development, and address complex documentation issues in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Monitor team productivity, quality, and performance in a high-volume revenue cycle setting Coach and mentor team members while developing job aids and maintaining compliance documentation Analyze reports to identify trends and drive efforts to resolve unbilled issues, ensuring timelines are met Required qualifications 1+ year of experience in insurance billing, collections, or health plan claims processing 1+ year of leadership experience with a focus on team performance and employee development Rhode Island Pharmacy Technician License (Tech II) and CPhT Certification by PTCB Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
