Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Description Must Live Near Cleveland or Akron Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English -Handles calls pertaining to payments for different accounts -Majority of calls will be inbound -Answer calls from customers calling in with a question about their bill -Take customers payments over the phone -Talk with customers who missed a payment and are looking to have their utilities turned back on by making a payment -Direct customers calling with other issues to the main call center line Skills Customer service, Call center Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Canton, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.23 - $19.23/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
