As a Dispatch Officer at a financial institution location, you will coordinate security-related communications, monitor activity, and support timely responses to incidents and service requests. You will use computer and/or tablet systems to document information, manage access control and badge-related activity, and communicate professionally with staff and visitors. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.63 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed11:00 PM - 07:00 AMThur11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor dispatch communications, receive and prioritize service requests, and coordinate the deployment of appropriate personnel to incidents and routine assignments. Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and shift activity reports, communicating relevant information to supervisors and site personnel. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, relaying timely information to appropriate responders and management. Monitor access points, alarm notifications, and surveillance systems as assigned, reporting unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access at the financial institution location. Minimum Requirements: At least 6 months of security-related experience is required. Experience with access control and badge processes is preferred. Experience operating a Segway or T3 is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
