HVAC Service Operations Manager $90,000 – $100,000 + Bonus Reading, MA | Monday–Friday

Cooling Unlimited is a family-owned HVAC company serving Middlesex County since 1986. We've built a strong local reputation by doing things the right way-quality work, long-term relationships, and a team that takes pride in what they do.

We're hiring a hands-on HVAC leader to take ownership of our service department-someone who can lead technicians, drive performance, and keep operations running clean and efficient every day.

What You'll Own

Day-to-day leadership of the HVAC service team
Scheduling, dispatch, and workflow across all service calls
Preventative maintenance programs and demand service operations
Technician coaching, training, and accountability
Department performance, budgeting, and cost control
Safety standards, compliance, and field execution

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting technicians with complex troubleshooting
Keeping jobs on track, on time, and up to company standards
Monitoring KPIs, reviewing invoices, and maintaining clean records
Building a team culture centered on consistency, pride, and results

What You Bring

4–6+ years of HVAC field experience (service or install)
Proven experience leading or mentoring technicians
Strong organizational and operational skills (scheduling, dispatch, invoicing)
EPA Certification (required)
A leadership style that balances accountability with team development
