Founding Go-To-Market (GTM) Sales
We're formalizing our go-to-market motion and building a team to scale our enterprise presence. We're hiring a Founding GTM to build outbound pipeline for our Enterprise Sales team you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, leading conversations that open doors and move deals forward. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants to learn enterprise sales from the ground up, with a clear path to AE or Growth roles and direct impact on Gumloop's next phase of growth.
We're looking for someone who can:
- Generate outbound pipeline through personalized emails, calls, and social outreach to enterprise prospects
- Lead introductory conversations with decision-makers at enterprise companies and evangelize Gumloop's value
- Qualify opportunities for Account Executives, ensuring the right prospects move into the funnel
- Partner with Marketing to improve campaigns and outreach sequences based on what's working in the field
- Research and segment target accounts to identify high-potential prospects and prioritize outreach
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and data hygiene in Salesforce
What you bring:
- 13 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or pipeline generation (SaaS preferred)
- Experience talking to senior stakeholders and explaining technical products clearly
- A relentless, goal-oriented mindset comfortable with high-volume outreach
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce and a data-driven approach to outreach
- Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn about automation and workflow software
- Collaborative, coachable attitude excited to grow and improve fast
