Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) ADP is hiring a Sales Representative in Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO). This role focuses on closing sales and winning new business within a defined territory. You will attend an award‑winning training program and work with new and existing clients to sell human‑resource solutions that improve employees’ lives across the hire‑to‑retire spectrum. Responsibilities Work within a defined, protected territory to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals by implementing a top‑down sales strategy. Turn prospects into loyal clients by recommending the right solutions to address real business needs and earning referral business through networking. Deepen relationships across the ADP family by cross‑selling cloud‑based human‑resource solutions with other ADP associates. Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the overall network. Manage multiple sales processes simultaneously, document progress, and support implementation until new business is up and running. Required Qualifications Positive self‑starter with an upbeat, persistent style and the ability to cold call without fear of rejection. Strategic closer with an established network and experience carrying a quota in outside B2B sales; proven track record of closing sales and managing a territory. Proven winner who thrives under pressure, motivating to hit and exceed sales quotas. College degree is a plus but not required; acceptable experience includes three years of B2B sales (preferably field sales) or military experience building teamwork, resilience, negotiation, and trust‑building skills.
