Responsibilities
- Organize and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy to address impairments and functional limitations to improve quality of life after injury or disease
- Perform PT assessments and develop/implement individualized treatment plans; monitor progress and adjust as needed
- Consider patient gender, age, cultural differences, and educational needs in assessment and treatment planning
- Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes; communicate with the care team and coordinate discharge planning
- Provide discharge home instructions and home exercise programs; collaborate with other disciplines as part of a holistic plan of care
- Outpatient with inpatient float responsibilities; on-call weekends 1x/month as part of coverage

Requirements
- Degree from an American Physical Therapy Association-accredited program
- Current Montana physical therapy licensure and BLS certification
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Amiable personality with sound judgments and an empathetic, patient-centered approach
- Eligibility to work in the described hospital setting; willingness to travel; travel restrictions apply: in-state travelers are not accepted unless located more than 250 miles away
