Key Responsibilities

• Organize and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy to address impairments and functional limitations
• Develop and implement treatment plans aimed at improving patient quality of life following injury or disease
• Conduct physical therapy assessments and treatments with consideration of patient gender, age, cultural differences, and educational needs
• Provide outpatient therapy services with inpatient float coverage as needed
• Participate in on-call weekend rotation approximately once per month

Required Qualifications

• Completion of a professional physical therapy education program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association
• Current licensure to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Montana
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to make sound clinical judgments and maintain an empathetic, understanding attitude toward patients
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
• Experience with both outpatient and inpatient therapy environments
