Amiable personality and the ability to make sound judgments. Ability to maintain an empathetic and understanding attitude towards patients. Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen. Description: Organizes and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy addressing impairments and functional limitations. Focuses on improving the patient's quality of life following injury or disease. Considers the patient's age, cultural differences, and educational needs during therapy assessments and treatments. Holiday coverage is required. The position involves outpatient therapy with inpatient float duties, including on-call weekends once per month.
