Leasing Consultant

In this client facing role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business and being the face of a Luxury Apartment Community in Downtown Detroit Michigan. We are looking for someone with sales experience in leasing apartments.Responsibilities:Clerical duties as requiredFielding general questions regarding rental units and property featuresAnswering phones, greeting potential clients and showing model apartmentsAssisting potential clients in completing rental applications and lease agreementsQualifications:Positive attitude and professional demeanorCandidates must have a valid drivers licenseCandidates must be able to work on SaturdaysExcellent sales and marketing abilities are necessaryExcellent communication and organizational skills are requiredCandidates must have leasing or property management experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must, at least a basic skill level, intermediate level preferredFriedman Real Estate is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
