Product Manager / Service Designer (Digital Product & HCD)

Salary: $92,000 - 132,000 per year Requirements:

• Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Service Design, Customer Experience, Digital Transformation, or a related discipline.
• Strong Agile delivery experience and experience working within Agile teams.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Service Design, Human-Centered Design, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, or a related field.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Human-Centered Design, Design, Engineering, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and gathering business and user requirements through stakeholder engagement and discovery.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to translate customer needs into actionable solutions and balance them with business objectives and technical considerations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Preferred experience in product strategy, roadmaps, ownership, discovery, backlog management, user stories, feature prioritization, or minimum viable products.
• Preferred experience in service design, human-centered design, design thinking, user research, journey mapping, service blueprinting, persona development, or customer experience.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Lean, or continuous improvement methodologies is desirable.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, or Lucidchart is desirable.
• Additional desirable experience includes digital transformation, business process improvement, change management, data-informed product decisions, or Federal consulting.
• Experience supporting VA, DoD, DHA, CMS, HHS, or other Federal agencies is desirable.
• An active Public Trust or security clearance, or the ability to obtain one, is desirable.

• Lead product strategy, develop roadmaps, and prioritize backlogs.
• Conduct customer discovery, stakeholder interviews, and user research.
• Create customer journeys, service blueprints, and operational workflows.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, roadmap reviews, and planning sessions.
• Develop business cases, adoption strategies, and communications for executives.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, AI/ML, governance, and business teams.
• Track adoption metrics, customer satisfaction, and operational KPIs.
• Advance continuous improvement and organizational change initiatives.
