Physical Therapist – PRN (Mobile Home Visits) Location: East Valley, AZ; caseloads in Chandler, Gilber, Mesa, or Queen Creek. Overview Due to growth, Nikao Performance and Rehab is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist for mobile home visits. A minimum of six sessions per week is required. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 mobile home visits, scheduling appointments of 40 minutes. Deliver PT services to patients in their homes. Maintain patient records and documentation. Compensation $80–$85 per visit. Work Schedule Visits available during weekdays and weekends. Flexible scheduling allows you to work the hours that suit you best. Autonomy to manage your schedule while maintaining excellent work-life balance. Job Requirements Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent). State license as a Physical Therapist. Eligible for Arizona Physical Therapy licensure. 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience. Dry Needling certification preferred. PRN candidates must complete 6 patient visits per week.
