Senior Technical Program Manager
Location: O'Fallon, Missouri, USA (Hybrid, onsite required) | Employment Type: Full-Time | Job Code: PAN-00000023
Role Overview
Drive multiple projects across the engineering portfolio in a Scrum model. Lead migrations, manage scrum teams, and deliver features end-to-end. Partner with engineering to roll out platform capabilities, own product documentation, and ensure backlog prioritization aligns with business needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale migrations and product launches
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps
- Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-native solutions
- Monitor feature development, remove impediments, and ensure timely delivery
- Apply data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement practices
- Influence stakeholders and build strong organizational relationships
Qualifications
- Proficiency in JIRA, Domo, and AI tools for project management and analytics
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
- Proven track record in large-scale migrations and cloud-native software products
- Expertise in product vision & roadmap development
- Independent, flexible, and adaptable work style
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated success in Agile methodologies
