About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Storefront to lead the commercial performance, optimization, and growth of its customer-facing digital business. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end storefront ecosystem, driving key metrics such as customer acquisition, conversion, cross-sell, upsell, retention, and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic and results-oriented leader with a deep understanding of eCommerce, strong commercial acumen, and a customer-obsessed, data-driven approach. The VP of Storefront will define and execute the storefront vision, own the digital customer buying journey, and lead a high-performing team to ensure a seamless, high-performing customer experience that maximizes lifetime value. Applicants for the VP of Storefront position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 15 years of leadership experience in digital commerce. The role demands a proven track record in leading large-scale digital commerce organizations, with a focus on subscription-based business models. The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital merchandising, conversion rate optimization, pricing strategy, and customer lifecycle management. Strong leadership skills, the ability to inspire and lead through influence, and a commitment to fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement are essential.
