Recognized as one of the Best 150+ Places to Work in Healthcare and a Military-Friendly Gold Employer, you'll find an inclusive and supportive environment where your contributions truly matter.Benefits That Help You ThriveRetirement: 403(b) planWell-being support: Employee Assistance Program, counseling and peer support, spiritual care and stress management resourcesHow You'll Make An Impact In This RoleEnsure a sterile and fully equipped operating room environment, meticulously preparing the field for a safe and successful surgical experience.Facilitate the surgical procedure by expertly anticipating and passing sterile instruments and supplies to the surgeon and actively assisting with critical tasks, including the provision of hemostasis.Manage all surgical instruments, meticulously tracking and accounting for counts throughout the procedure to maintain the highest standards of patient safety and compliance.Support optimal patient care by assisting the surgical team with safe patient transport, correct positioning, and sterile draping before the start of the procedure.What Minimum Requirements You'll NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
