Marketing Manager

SUMMARY The incumbent will develop and execute marketing strategies that increase R. STAHL’s reach across the Americas by connecting products and solutions to customer applications, new market opportunities, and sales channels. This role will leverage customer relationships, industry knowledge, communications, social media, and technical expertise to support product promotion and business growth. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Marketing Strategy & Planning Develop and implement annual and quarterly marking strategies aligned with company sales and business objectives. Identify target markets, customer segments, industry trends, and opportunities for growth. Develop marketing plans for new and existing products, markets, and customer segments. Monitor marketing performance and make recommendations based on data and market feedback. Manage the marketing budget and ensure resources are allocated effectively. Industrial & Product Marketing Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, and Sales to understand technical product specifications, applications, and competitive advantages, and customer needs. Translate technical product information into customer-focused messaging, presentations, brochures, website content, and other marketing materials. Support new product introductions, product updates, and product lifecycle communications. Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information and marketing collateral. Sales & Business Development Support Partner with Sales team to develop materials that support customer acquisition and sales efforts. Develop sales presentations, product brochures, case studies, presentations, and other sales-support materials. Develop lead-generation programs and campaigns to support the sales pipeline. Coordinate marketing communications with distributors, representatives, customers, and strategic partners. Track marketing-generated leads and collaborate with Sales to measure conversion and return of investment. Trade Shows & Industry Events Plan and coordinate participation in industry trade shows, conferences, customer events, and other promotional activities. Coordinate booth design, promotional materials, product displays, presentations, and event logistics. Work with Sales to identify and follow up on leads generated through trade shows and events. Evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of trade shows and marketing events. Brand Management & Communications Maintain consistency of the company’s brand, messaging, and visual identity across all marketing channels. Develop internal and external communication supporting company initiatives, products, and achievements. Manage relationships with outside marketing agencies, consultants, and other vendors. Coordinate other creative services as needed. Market & Competitive Research Monitor industry trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and market conditions. Conduct market research to identify opportunities, applications, and customers. Provide management with market intelligence and recommendations. Monitor competitor positioning, pricing, product offering, and marketing strategies. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, automation, or related sectors. Experience developing and executing marketing strategies. Experience working in a global environment preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience managing multiple marketing projects and deadlines. Strong organizational and project-management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common marketing/digital tools. Ability to understand technical information and communicate it effectively to a non-technical audience. SAP experience preferred. Must be able to travel up to 20%. #J-18808-Ljbffr
