Application Production Support Analyst - HybridGenesis10 is currently seeking an Application Production Support Analyst - Hybrid for a position with a Global Financial Institution located in Irving, TX or Charlotte, NC. This is a 24+ month contract opportunity.We are seeking an experienced Application Production Support Analyst to support a portfolio of AI-driven applications and platform solutions. This role focuses on maintaining the stability, performance, and operational support of innovative AI products and micro front-end applications used across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong production support background and excellent troubleshooting skills, as this role is focused on platform support, incident resolution, and deployment support rather than software development.Responsibilities:Provide Level 2 application and platform support for AI-enabled solutions and micro front-end applicationsTroubleshoot and resolve production issues, technical failures, and application-related incidentsSupport day-to-day platform operations, ensuring application stability and availabilityParticipate in deployments, releases, and post-implementation validation activitiesInvestigate failed requests, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution efforts across support and product teamsWork closely with product partners and stakeholders to understand operational requirements and support needsMonitor application health and proactively identify opportunities to improve reliability and support processesSupport emerging and evolving AI technologies in a rapidly changing environmentRequirements:5 years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture, or Application Production Support experienceExperience supporting business applications in a production/BAU environmentExperience troubleshooting complex application issues and driving them to resolutionExperience supporting application deployments and post-release validation activitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to new technologies and changing prioritiesSelf-starter with the ability to quickly learn unfamiliar applications and tools independentlyDemonstrated history of stability and longevity in previous rolesDesired skills:MongoDBTachyon search technology or similar enterprise search platformsSalesforce production support and business-as-usual support experienceExperience supporting AI-driven applications or automation platformsExperience supporting applications that leverage search, knowledge management, or document-processing capabilitiesExposure to Amelia or similar automation technologiesPay range: $51.72 - $59.72 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
